Our customer service hours are between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time, Monday - Friday, and we can generally respond to a question within the hour. Refund Policy
Any item, undamaged by the recipient may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. To begin the return process, contact us at sistersylvie@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the items you would like to return.
Privacy Policy
We understand the sensitivity of your personal information. Our policy is to collect the minimum amount of information required to fulfill an order. When creating an account with us, we ask for an email address to identify your account and a password of your choice that will be encrypted by our system. We will not send junk emails to the email address you provide or give that information up to a third party.
When you make an order, we ask for a shipping address and a contact name / phone number. Those items are soly for the purpose of order fulfillment. Billing information will be supplied by yourself to Pay Pal - the most trusted name in online payments.
