Ordering Process

Our goal at Sister Sylvie is to make jewelry shopping a simple and delightful one. With that in mind, we offer you a three step selection and ordering process.

1. Browse our catalog to find the pieces that interest you. You will be able to segment our catalog by item type and price. Also be sure to take advantage of the search capability.
2. After each item is selected, you will be presented with an optional engraving screen for monogram/engravable items. There is no charge for a traditional or straight initial monogram on one side of each piece!
3. Complete your order by clicking the "proceed to checkout" link at the top right of your screen. You can also save your order under your profile for up to 90 days. Your order along with your credit card information is submitted via a secure connection(SSL). Orders typically ship from our warehouse in 24 to 48 hours, but may be longer near holidays.

We use ebay's paypal for secure credit card and check transactions, as they are the most trusted name on the web.
